BOOK IT!

Hourly rates are $85/hour, 2 hour minimum.

Please note we need a 24 hour notice for all bookings. However if you are needing to book within 24 hours please contact the studio for assistance to see what might be possible.

Access to both The Studio + The West Side.

Grip Equipment and your choice of one lighting package are included with your booking. See Amenities for a full list. Full day bookings will include a complimentary fresh coat of paint on the cyc.

Specialty Shoots (please inquire before booking)

Automotive shoots will require a FULL DAY BOOKING + Certificate of Insurance (COI). You may consider booking a pre-light day.

Larger commercial shoots (crew, professional talent, etc) or shoots with pets will require Certificate of Insurance (COI).

Studio Access

Access code to the studio will be texted to you 30 mins prior to your start time. Please include your mobile number on the booking form.

Parking

Parking stalls are on the north side of the building near the giant yellow globe (you can't miss it). You can use the loading zone in front of the garage as needed. Should you require additional parking, you will need to search along Marcy Street or 48th Street, please adhere to city street signs. Please notify the studio is you expect more than 5 vehciles to see what's possible.

**Do not park in other businesses' lots. Lumeire Studio is not liable for parking violations or towing**

Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel 24hrs or less after booking for a full refund, minus any payment processing fees (Stripe).

If you cancel and your start time is 24hrs or less, no refunds will be given.

If you need to reschedule your booking and your start time is 24hrs or less, Lumiere Studio will keep a $50 reschedule fee from the fees paid at the time of booking. The remaining fees can be applied towards a future booking.

If you need to reschedule your booking and your start time is more than 24hrs, any fees paid can be applied towards a future booking.

All reschedule bookings are subject to Lumiere Studio availability.

Lumiere Studio may occasionally have larger commercial production shoots and reserves the right to a 72 HR notice to reschedule any booking. A full refund will be given + your rescheduled booking will be at no charge.
